This is the privacy policy for tunlfocus.com — the waitlist landing page for TUNL, a productivity app being built by GUILLOTINE LIFE.
In plain language: right now, we only collect one thing — your email address, because you typed it into the form. This page explains what we do with it, and what we don’t.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect:
- Your email address (because you give it to us).
- Standard server information — IP address, browser type, the page you came from — logged automatically by our hosting provider on every visit.
That’s it. No name, location, payment info, or anything else.
Why we collect it
Your email is used for two purposes:
- To send you a one-time confirmation that you’re on the list.
- To email you when TUNL is ready to test, plus the occasional behind-the-scenes update.
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email with anyone. Ever.
Who else sees your data
We use three services to make this work:
- Firebase (by Google) stores your email.
- Resend delivers the welcome email.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs anonymous, cookieless page-view analytics.
Each has its own privacy policy. We chose them because they handle data responsibly.
Your rights
Email us at info@guillotine-life.com any time and we will:
- Tell you what we have on file for you.
- Delete your email from our list and our database.
- Stop sending you anything.
If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. We honor them regardless of where you live.
Cookies
We don’t use tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless and doesn’t identify individual visitors.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the changes are material, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the new version takes effect.
