Added a delete button to Pause rows on the web. Hover over a Pause and tap the bin.

Changed the Tunnel screen to use the same top bar as other screens. The customize view menu can now hide the top bar and the Tunneling line.

Changed Defer so your recent picks and four quick presets you can edit work in one tap.

Added Select all tasks to the menu on project and category pages. One tap selects every open task, across all phases.

Added Undo to every task action.

Added a month and year jump to the date picker, and you can type a date. Any month is reachable now.

Changed the + between timed tasks to make a timed task in that gap. Between dated tasks, it adds one on that day.

Changed Settings: Defaults are now buttons that open their own sheets, and you can set an account default for timed tasks.

Changed projects to open on their first phase.

Changed the Defer stepper to remember your last custom amount. It also has Clear all, and weeks, days, hours and minutes.

Changed subtasks in the edit window to start collapsed. On Android, the pause card in the Tunnel shows the Up next handle.

Changed Defer so one tap from the task menu moves it to your set default time.

Changed Settings so things are easier to find. Your defaults sit together, reminders and time share one section, and web and Android use the same order.

Changed the accent colours. They run in rainbow order, violet replaces teal, Tunl green is a little richer, and monochrome is a swatch of its own.

Added What's new to Settings, so you can see what changed in Tunl without leaving the app. You can find it at the very bottom of the settings screen.

Added sharing (for Pro Early Access members). Share a project, a folder or a category by email, and the people you invite join free.

For Pro Early Access members: Added nudges for shared projects. Ask someone about a task in one tap, and see their answer in your inbox.

Made a completed task slide off to the right over a green Complete panel, and a dropped one slide left over a blue Drop panel.

Paid feature: Added a Google Calendar switch to the When sheet, so you can put a task on your calendar while you set its date.

Made the All tasks and No phase tabs movable in a project. Drag them in Manage phases, and in Manage subcategories on a category.

Made your note easier to see in the Tunnel. It has a Notes label, bigger and darker text, and always gets two lines.

Added turning a subtask into its own task. Pasting a list into Add subtask now makes one subtask per line, and the Tunnel checklist opens when you arrive.

Added a choice in the Defer sheet for whether this task interrupts you when it comes back or waits its turn. Your choice in Settings stays the default.

Added "Pause", a custom breathing break. The Tunnel stops when it reaches one and shows a custom message.

Added a list you can pull up from the bottom of the Tunnel screen. See what's coming next and change task order without leaving the Tunnel screen.

Made search inclusive of accents, so "cafe" finds "café".

Added more ways to write a task in plain words, like "every mon, wed, fri", "tomorrow morning" or "remind me 30 min before".

Added swiping to the Tunnel, the same as your lists. Swipe the card right for Done or left for Drop.

Made your queue and calendar filters stay put. With backup and sync they follow you to your other devices, and on the web they stay after a reload.

Added short defers to the Defer sheet. You can now put a task off for 5, 10 or 30 minutes instead of a whole day.

Added "when it's due" to the When sheet. "Interrupt me" takes over the screen, and "Add to queue" puts the task just behind what you're doing.

Fixed Delete all in the Archive acting on a single tap. It now asks first, and says so when the tasks can't be brought back.

Added web links to tasks. Navigate to, which was called Jump to, can open any web address, and addresses in your notes open with a tap.

Made reminders free for everyone. You no longer need backup and sync to turn them on.

Added Early Access for subscribers. Turn it on in Settings to try new features before everyone else.

Made the date on a task open the When sheet, so you can change the time without opening the whole task.

Added Discard to the task editor. Tap the X at the top left to put the task back how it was when you opened it.

Fixed habits showing blank days when you turned a repeating task you'd been keeping into a habit. The days you already did it now show up.

Fixed dates you type into a task. "Meeting 23rd" now lands on the 23rd, and "finish the 3rd chapter" no longer gets a date.
